Ferguson Construction Ltd have carried out numerous projects with Buxton Building Contractors Ltd, two of those said projects I operated as Project Manager.

One was a Sainsbury’s store and residential units at Clapham High St4reet, contract value £105,000 and the second project was sixty residential units at the old Hartleys Jam Factory in Rothsay Street, SE1, contract value £120,000, both labour only.

Each project was carried out in an extremely professional manor with a high standard of Health and Safety, consistent quality in their work and most of all, Clapham completed 3 weeks ahead of programme, the Jam Factory completed 6 weeks ahead of programme.

I found Mr. Alam Ferguson, and all Ferguson’s staff approachable and very easy to build a relationship for the progress of each project.

To date, Ferguson Construction Ltd is an A list subcontractor on our database and are carrying out a residential project in Temperley Road, Clapham to the value of £350,000 with Buxton Building Contractors.
Therefore I would highly recommend Ferguson Construction Ltd as a very professional Brickwork Contractor.
