Without question, when measured against their peers and competitors through the rigorous performance monitoring as carried in preconstruction and on site practice. Ferguson Construction out perform in terms of safety management systems and on site safety practices, high quality of works on site, strict adherence to programme and often betterment to programme with innovative thinking and procurement routes.

Further more there is a real personal touch from the top hierarchy at Ferguson Construction. That is to say they are in no way claims conscious or day work oriented. They have an attitude at all times of working with rather than against Principle Contractor, Design Team, interfacing Trade Contractors etc. Ferguson Construction equip themselves truly professionally with collaborative approach and working methods.
